I would not recommend this store for anyone looking for furniture. The lack of customer service from the owner Laura and the rudeness from her sales staff is unbelievable! .The ottomans we ordered were not the same as the couch and sagging in the middle, I’ve emailed since last year! literally there is no communication, I reached out to the manufacturer and was told there was no order through her company so assuming she used a different manufacture than the original. I also recommended a friend, she has and is experiencing the same thing and is still waiting well over a year for her ottomans and was told so many times she was handling it! Please save your time and money and choose a different company for your furniture! This has been extremely frustrating and time consuming!!

Couch delivery is now two months overdue from original timeline. Delays - to a point - are understandable, but all communication to get updates and answers has been initiated on our end, nothing proactive from customer service. After requesting an update last month, the company said they would call 10 days ago with a delivery update, that date came and went with no contact.

I must say I am disappointed with this store. I understand the supply chain is messed up with Covid, we ordered a couch in March 2021 amd was told it would come in July 2021, I called end of July since I did not hear anything from the store and the person that answered was rude and abrupt, tone was not friendly and said the couch would be in September 2021, I emailed the store and was told it would ship sept 29th, it is now Oct 15, have heard nothing from store so I called. As the clerk was s checking I expressed my disappointment that I thought a smaller store would provide a little more customer service, I was cut off and was rudely told I can call anytime. I will never order anything from this small store again. We paid approximately $2,500 down payment on two couches . Sorry
